The first step is scheduling a call with us!
In this initial call we will answer any questions you have and get to know more about you and your specific situation. This is generally a 15 - 20 minute phone call.
If you choose to move forward, we offer a complimentary consultation session.
Consultation Session
This is where we really dig in. What are your real needs? What areas are you lacking balance and where might an Athena EA fit in?

In this session we will dive deeper into your unique needs. You will have a little homework to do prior to this session to help both you and us determine the kind of Executive Assistant you might need.

Assistant Matching
We take the time to determine which one of our qualified assistants is the best match for you, your business, and your needs. Once we have selected the EA for you we will facilitate a meeting for the two of you. Meet your EA before committing to service!
Proactive Partnership
Once you've partnered with your ideal Athena Virtual EA you'll be fully onboarded as an Athena Client. All of our clients enjoy customized care at the hands of Client Care Manager. With regular check-ins and delegation coaching we will make sure you & your Athena EA get off to a great start!
